2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change after site inspections, energy assessments, or changes in scope.
3. Installation & Timelines
We aim to complete installations within agreed timeframes. However, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Supplier delays
- Site-specific challenges
We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Allow access to the installation site
- Ensure necessary approvals (if required)
5. Warranties
We use quality components backed by manufacturer warranties. Workmanship is carried out to industry standards (including SANS compliance where applicable).
Warranty claims must follow the supplier’s process. We assist where possible but are not responsible for manufacturer decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Solar Workshop is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of income due to system downtime
- External factors such as grid instability or weather conditions
7. After-Sales Support
We pride ourselves on strong after-sales service. Support is provided within reasonable timeframes depending on availability and issue complexity.
8. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or agreement. Failure to pay may result in delays or suspension of services.
9. Cancellations
Orders or installations may be subject to cancellation fees if work has already commenced or materials have been ordered.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials remain the property of Solar Workshop and may not be used without permission.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept any updates.
